1. If you are ordering from outside the United States, please email (italiawatercolors@yahoo.com) the names of the pictures you wish to order and I will let you know via email can the amount of the taxes and shipping charges to include in your check. Also, if you have questions regarding any of the prints or purchasing please feel free to email me. All others skip to step two.

2. Print and complete the order form below. Make checks payable to Italia Watercolors. Mail order form and check to:

3. Your order will be mailed via US Postal Service. Pictures will be shipped in a secure cardboard tube to prevent damage. Allow two weeks for shipping.

Shipping and Insurance

All items are shipped via US Postal Service. Our standard shipping charge is $15 anywhere in the continental United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders will be priced individually.

Returns

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return your order within 10 days, and I will refund your purchase. Your order must be returned in the same condition that you received it and must be insured. I do not refund shipping charges unless there is an error in shipping the merchandise on my part.
